Pennant to Supply 5 Additional STAR Simulator Trainers to British Energy
Pennant Training Systems Limited (Pennant) is pleased to announce the award of a contract from British Energy for the supply of an additional five STAR Simulators. The STAR (Stop, Think, Act, Review) Simulator’s design emphasises Human Performance by allowing trainees individually, or in groups of two or three, to progress through an “In-Hand” procedure by manipulating switches, push-buttons, and other devices on the hardware panels. An instructor will pre-set scenarios from a stand-alone laptop computer.
The STAR Simulators design will allow the simulators to be transportable between British Energy training establishments.
