Pennant become members of the British Institute of Learning & Development (BILD)
Pennant has successfully completed the evaluation process to become a member of the BILD.
The BILD is a membership organisation whose vision is to be the UK's preferred Institute for Learning and Development professionals and organisations.
BILD is committed to support the development and success of members by recognising:
Professional status of individual members' qualifications and experience through membership grades.
BILD represents:
- Members' interests through the formulation of national policy and standards associated with learning and development.
- The interests and reputation of British Learning and Development professionals nationally and globally.
With the recent success of a number of L & D packages of work for Network Rail, RSSB, HMRC and MoD, wider recognition in the L & D professional arena is important as we seek to maximise our growing reputation which received a further boost with acceptance on the Learndirect Framework Agreement.
