Pennant designs and produces Part Task Trainers (PTT) for a wide range of military and civil equipment operator and maintainer training applications. Such trainers are typically used to provide effective training for those parts of an overall task that require physical fidelity to provide tactile experience and response in order to meet the training objectives. Pennant has a team of highly qualified technical staff including a significant number who have technical training experience and qualifications gained while serving in the UK Armed Forces. Pennant has extensive hardware and software development resources at Cheltenham where PTT’s are successfully designed, constructed and integrated. The manufacturing facility has a well equipped workshop providing in house facilities to support the efficient production of Part Task Trainers and hardware based simulators.
