Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) Instructor led training is still widely used for technical training, representing a flexible and cost effective approach that is easily and quickly updated to address changing training needs, and providing a sound basis for new course development.
Pennant has produced over 1800 hours of high quality, Instructor led, technical training courseware for defence, civil aviation and civil transport applications. Much of this courseware is currently used to support over 250 courses at naval, air force and army training locations in the UK. The training uses multi-media techniques including high quality graphics, animations, video/CD clips etc., blended together into cost effective instructional material, designed for visual impact in order to retain student attention and enhance the learning experience.
