LSAR Data Services

Summary

BAE SYSTEMS use OmegaPS for their LSAR work. Due to a surge in the expected work load to meet certain contract milestones in 2002/03, BAE had a short term requirement for extra LSAR effort for data entry into the OmegaPS LSAR. Pennant was able to offer a specialist service to complement the BAE team to ensure those milestones were met.

Description

Pennant was contracted to provide OmegaPS data management, data entry and data merging into the BAE OmegaPS LSAR project. Data was supplied in a number of formats primarily XL spread sheets. Pennant assisted in the coordination and compilation of deliverables between BAE SYSTEMS and their customer in the USA.

Pennant also provided training and support to BAE SYSTEMS engineers for the creation of specific information directly into OmegaPS.

The work was successfully completed over a six month period.

Status

The contracted service work is complete. Pennant continues to support BAE SYSTEMS Basildon OmegaPS system under an annual support contract.
