An exceptional opportunity, Pennant Training Systems Limited are currently looking for contract Instructional Designers to join our e-learning team developing multi-media lessons for a broad range of subjects. Pennant Training Systems Limited specialises in the design and manufacture of Computer Based Simulation Systems. Due to Pennants continuing growth there are Several vacancies.
Desired Skills
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
- Aviation Engineer Propulsion/Airframe, armament systems, or Avionics. System Matter Expertise;
- Proven experience as instructor (JAR 147 preferred but not essential);
- Experience in the design and teaching of lesson material for adults;
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Creativity and the ability to visualise;
A conscientious work approach and excellent communicative skills. The position will provide the opportunity to work in a variety of fields with staff at all levels. The unique feature of theses positions are that Pennant Training Systems Limited will offer the necessary training in the appropriate tools to the right candidates, but previous familiarity with computer based courseware would be an advantage.
